The response time is slow by most standards, having someone to work weekends would be nice if a problem comes up on a friday. The problem I had was taken care of but it took a week and a half to straighten out. For that period of time I was on pins and needles wondering why they had no record of me paying for my order.

I only ordered Kalpa products and it was sustaxyl 350, with Dbol, it did some nice things but never used it before, however, it was the real deal and I was happy with it. Waiting on 2nd order and will give a review after use. I received the products before I expected them time wise which was a very pleasant surprise. No complaints other than the payment system. I will buy again.
