What is Clomixyl

Clomiphene Citrate (Clomixyl) is a synthetic non-steroidal drug similar in structure to estrogen. Clomixyl is widely used in post cycle therapy. Having similarity to the estrogen, it can bind to estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus. This effect of Clomiphene Citrate is widely used in the treatment of women with premature ovarian failure and for the induction of ovulation. However, prolonged use of the drug is unsafe, as it increases the risk of developing ovarian cancer.

Both the amateurs and professional athletes often use Clomixyl. Unlike other anabolic steroids or hormones, Clomixyl is not conducive to reducing testosterone levels. Conversely, Clomixyl raises testosterone levels. Almost all anabolic steroids have androgenic and anabolic properties. In some cases, anabolic steroids promote the formation of estrogens. Using the enzyme aromatase it is also converted into the female sex hormone estrogen. Estrogen promotes the development of gynecomastia in bodybuilders. Clomixyl is taken only once a day. Experts in the bodybuilding field advise to take it alone or in combination with anabolic steroids of low activity. Most bodybuilders take anabolic steroids for several months and then switch to Clomixyl. Clomixyl provides a surge of testosterone. The exact time when you should start taking Clomixyl is unknown. But there is a recommendation to start taking Clomixyl at 7-10 days after receiving steroids.

Too many athletes and bodybuilders take Clomixyl but through a different dose. Medical guidelines for receiving this drug to those involved in bodybuilding do not exist. Most bodybuilders take Clomixyl for two weeks by 50-100 mg per day. Some bodybuilders recommend increasing the dose to 100 mg per day. Clomixyl should not be taken more than three weeks. Side Effects of Clomixyl

The main side effects include: flushing, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, headaches, abnormal vaginal bleeding, general fatigue, hair loss.
