I want to bulk up
If you are bodybuilder with a few years of natural training then YES 1 ml of testosterone a week is enough to see some progress and feel that testosterone.
Usually bodybuilders use testosterone at 1 max 2ml/week for 10-12 weeks followed by PCT and this is a great cycle to see results. Actually this cycle is good at almost any level for a healthy bodybuilder. Too much is not always better!
I am on TRT
Firstly the doc will write you dosage for TRT not we and we dont recommend doing TRT on your own without knowing what is going on inside your body. You must have blood work done and keep checking results always to know may be to add smth may be to reduce smth.
This is my first cycle
For a first cycle 1ml of testosterone a week is enough. For example it may be testosterone enanthate or cypionate for 10 weeks followed by PCT with Clomid.
I want muscles and fat loss
For this goal this may be ideal dosage (in some cases) because too much testosterone wil retain water which is not friendly with your goal of "fat loss" and in the same time having a little more testosterone is linked with increased fat burn.
